TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
These terms and conditions of sale (the "Terms and Conditions") apply to all sales of gin (the "Products") sold by Still Billy Distilleries Pty Ltd ("Still Billy") through its website (the "Site"). By placing an order on the Site, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you may not use the Site or purchase any Products.
Sale of Products
Still Billy reserves the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
Pricing and Payment
All prices listed on the Site are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR). Still Billy reserves the right to change its prices and fees at any time, and such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Prices include shipping and handling fees. Payment for all Products must be made by direct EFT, credit card or debit card through the Site. By providing a credit card or debit card, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the card and that all information you provide is true and accurate.
Shipping
Still Billy ships its Products to South African addresses only. We use third-party shipping companies to deliver the Products. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and the weight of the Products. We do our best to ensure that the Products are delivered to you in a timely manner, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates or times. Any delivery dates or times we provide are estimates only.
Returns and Refunds
Still Billy does not accept returns of Products.
Limitation of Liability
Still Billy will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising out of or related to your use of the Site or the Products, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall our liability exceed the total amount paid by you to us for the Products.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Still Billy with respect to the sale of Products on the Site. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Still Billy.
